Lisa Brandolo Johnson, a physical therapist and founder of Grembe Apps, is making free copies of both iReward and iCommunicate available to the device loan libraries of the statewide AT Act programs. She notes that iCommunicate is one of a select few apps chosen to participate in the HollyRodFoundation, Give the Gift of Voice.
In an email to AT Program News, Johnson writes:
"I would like to see our apps in all the lending libraries and be able to post that fact on our website. We get a fair share of people looking for help from us, as developers, and we don't want to tell parents what to purchase for their child with special needs. I'd like to have a resource to direct them to so they can try before they buy."
